Quenshey Mitchell, also known as “Ripper,” “Baby Ripper” and “Q,” was identified by federal prosecutors as a member of the Los Angeles-based Rollin 60s Crips Gang. Federal evidence linked him to a heroin conspiracy that moved multiple kilograms of heroin from Los Angeles to New Orleans using couriers.
A federal jury convicted Mitchell in January 2014 on six counts, including heroin conspiracy and obstruction-of-justice offenses involving the murder of a federal witness. On October 16, 2014, he was sentenced to life imprisonment. The life sentence is recorded as the controlling adjudicated status.
Mitchell creates an important cross-city branch in the knowledge graph: the organization remains rooted in Los Angeles, while the criminal case links the Rollin’ 60s network to New Orleans, federal heroin trafficking and witness-murder obstruction charges.
