Michael Edward Baker, known as “Butter” and “B-Mike,” was identified in the federal Grape Street Crips PCP prosecution as a Grape Street Crips member whose Watts residence served as a stash house and central distribution location. Prosecutors later described him as a key participant responsible for large-volume street sales of PCP in the Watts area.
The broader case involved the manufacture and distribution of large quantities of PCP and linked Grape Street Crips figures with Santana Block Crips leader Kim Vernell Walker. Baker was one of the defendants convicted in the investigation.
In July 2010 Baker was sentenced to 292 months in federal prison. That equals 24 years and 4 months, and the archive should preserve the official 292-month figure in the structured sentence field rather than rounding it away.
His profile strengthens the Grape Street branch by adding a second adjudicated person beneath the organization node. It also links the Watts street-level distribution layer to the larger manufacturing conspiracy led by Foster and Walker, giving the case graph more depth than a single-leader narrative.
