Fulton Clique is an MS-13 clique based in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles and one of the clearest modern bridges between the gang’s Los Angeles structure and Salvadoran gang practices. Federal cases from 2019 through 2026 repeatedly identify Fulton as a Los Angeles-based MS-13 clique and describe a period in which newer Central American members influenced its internal rules and violent initiation practices.
The 2019 federal racketeering case focused heavily on Fulton and alleged a series of murders in the Angeles National Forest. Prosecutors said the clique had experienced an influx of young immigrants from Central America. The charging documents alleged that some prospective members were required to kill a rival or another person perceived as adverse to MS-13 as part of initiation. Those claims were allegations when first charged; a later 2026 jury verdict convicted four Los Angeles-based MS-13 members in connection with three murders described in the case.
A particularly important graph connection comes from the federal allegation that in 2016 the Fulton clique moved away from MS-13’s traditional Los Angeles program and adopted a Salvadoran Mara Salvatrucha program. Prosecutors described the key difference as a more violent initiation requirement under the Salvadoran model. That claimed organizational shift is represented as a separate the archive Event node so it can connect Fulton, Los Angeles, El Salvador and the wider migration/deportation history without being buried in a biography.
Federal filings also describe Salvadoran clique members and “503” associates working alongside Los Angeles-based Fulton members. This makes Fulton valuable for showing that the LA/Salvador relationship was not only historical deportation in one direction; later migration and movement also carried Salvadoran clique culture back into Los Angeles networks.
Fulton should link bidirectionally to MS-13, the Salvadoran-program shift event, the Francis clique as another documented Los Angeles clique, and future People and murder/case nodes arising from the Angeles National Forest prosecutions.
