Kyosei-kai emerged from Hiroshima’s fragmented postwar underworld and developed into a major regional federation. The organization is especially important because Hiroshima’s gang conflicts inspired some of Japan’s most influential yakuza cinema. That makes Kyosei-kai a natural bridge between real organized-crime history and the Screen cluster.
