In March 2025 federal prosecutors in Los Angeles charged Eugene Henley Jr. and co-defendants in a 43-count indictment centered on an alleged racketeering enterprise described in court papers as the Big U Enterprise. The indictment includes allegations of racketeering conspiracy, robbery, extortion, fraud, tax offenses and other crimes, and alleges a 2021 murder. The case node must remain explicitly allegation-based unless later adjudication is added. Prosecutors described Henley as a longtime Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips member and leader but also stated that the alleged Big U Enterprise was a distinct organization that sometimes partnered with Rollin’ 60s and other criminal elements.
